How can I pay?

We accept BACS, cash and cheques. For BACS details visit our Pay Online page to request them. Cash is only accepted in person and cheques can be posted or handed to our staff.

What are your payment terms?

Our payment terms are 31 days from the day the clean we done. If you have been billed for more than 1 clean the previous clean will be overdue for payment.
For small amounts we are happy for cleans to mount up and be paid in lump sums but this must be agreed prior.

Price rises?

We review our prices every 2-3 years. If we are still happy with a price it can stay the same for much longer. However, if I price needs to be increased, we will advise on the ticket. Average price increases will normally only be £2-£5.

Do we work in bad weather?

We will continue to work in light rain and in between showers. If the rain gets heavy we will stop until it passes.

Access to your property?

If we need access into your property or need access through a back gate etc we will contact you before we plan to visit to make arrangements. Usually this is the day before. Text via mobile is the preferred method.

What’s included in the price?

As well as the glass we clean the frames, sills and doors. Gutters and fascia are not included in a usual quote but we can quote on request.

What do you charge?

That depends on your property. Before we quote we will always visit a property and send/post the quote once we’ve had a look round.
