FAQ'S

Q: How do you clean windows?
A: We use the Pole system which involves purified water been pumped up to a brush on the end of a pole. Because the water is pure it dries with no marks and leaves a perfectly clean finish.

Q: Do you work in all weathers?
A: We do work in light rain or drizzle but don’t if the rain is heavy or a strong wind and/or storms. Because rain is very similar to the pure water we use the clean the windows, it does not ‘dirty’ windows that have just been cleaned.

Q: What does your standard service include?
A: For Window Cleaning we always include glass, surrounds, sills and doors. Garage doors can be requested.

Q: What if I am not happy with a clean or service?
A: We want to know! We don’t want any of our customers to be unhappy with a service and will return to rectify any problem.

Q: How do I pay?
A: If you are a residential customer, we will leave a ticket with the outstanding balance through your door. We then accept BACS, cheque or cash. Payment must be made within 31 days.
Business customers will receive a VAT invoice, usually within 7 days of work. These are payable by BACS or cheque. Payment must be made within 31 days of the invoice date.

Q: How often do you recommend a scheduled clean?
A: This does vary a little from property to property, but usually 4 weeks will keep your windows looking clean all the time; 8 weeks will keep on top of them but they will be dirty by this time.
Properties close to roads such as shops and offices can need doing more than 4 weeks. Some shops we do twice a week to keep them looking good!
